Shipping

As our products are customisable, each order is made once payment is received and therefore take time to make! For standard shipping orders, we ask that you allow 7 business days for your order to be created before it is posted. 

For express shipping, please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be created before it is posted. 

All orders will be sent via Australia Post and should arrive shortly after receiving shipping confirmation. 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for products that arrive damaged or faulty. Cali Collective complies with Australian Consumer Law regarding a customer's right to a refund, repair or replacement for items that are not fit for purpose, not as described/incorrect item supplied or not of merchantable quality. We work hard to ensure high standards both in the quality of our goods and the service we provide. 

 

Exchanges are also available for sizing issues at the discretion of Cali Collective. Any return postage is at the buyers expense.
